What should this Foundation do? Who should govern it? What should it be called?

These are critical questions. We believe they should be answered by those who understand the needs of survivors best: survivors.

Are you a Sixties Scoop Survivor?

We are looking for Sixties Scoop survivors to participate in this important and historic process. Our purpose is to create a Foundation that will serve everyone affected by child welfare removal and to hear voices and recommendations from as many affected individuals as possible, from across Canada.

From September 2019 to February 2020, we will be hosting a series of Engagement Sessions with the aim of listening and asking you what you want the Foundation to do to best serve you in recovery and reclamation.  How can the Foundation best support your goals? Your voices and your insight are critical in helping answer these questions.
